I am so grateful for all the faith-testing experiences the Lord has given me. I know he gives us these trials to make us stronger. And because of this, I know, of all the different elements of the gospel, more than anything I have an unshakable testimony in trusting in the Lord. Maybe I need this for somewhere down the road where I could be given a huge trial of faith, but for whatever reason, Heavenly Father has continually pounded and beat this idea into my brain. He will never ask us to do anything we can't handle. If we challenge the Lord through obedience and faith, we can prove that we're able to handle anything he asks, and that we realize he sees the "big picture."
