DeCiSiOnS.

One of the many things I love about being married to Mitch is making goals and plans together and watching them be completed.  I had no idea where I was going before we were married and he's helped me have a desire to focus on the future.  It is so exciting!
With that being said, we're trying to figure out the best way to get through the next couple of years and after lots of planning, talking, thinking, praying, more planning, more thinking, more talking, more praying, we're leaning in a certain direction.  So, here's the plan, Stan!
We decided we're ready to leave Salem.  We had a wonderful time here over the last year and know it was the right decision to come.  We were able to be within a days driving distance from both our parents, 45 minutes from the temple, 45 minutes from the beach, a half hour from Black Rock, half an hour from Mo & So, Mitch had a great school to finish his associates degree, and the best part was living 20 seconds away from Ben and Lydia!!  But we definitely think our time here is over.  Mitch's last day of class is the 10th of December, and we plan on moving out the 15th.
School wise, Mitchell is taking the rest of his classes online through UVU.  During that time, our plan is to live wherever we can save the most money.  We've thrown around a couple places, but right now the plan is to stay in La Pine with my parents.  There I can get another job and the best part is we'll be saving money we otherwise would be spending on rent.  Woohoo!!
Mitch will probably be done with UVU by beginning or end of the summer.  At that time we'll be relocating to... drum roll please................  VEGAS!!  I'll keep working while Mitch starts his accelerated flight training through Airline Transport Professional!  Luckily, I have a lot of cousins from my mom's side in the area who are a BLAST!  I'm so excited to be close to all my Clarke cousins!
Flight training will last 6 months, and after that is the scary part where Mitch will look for a job as a flight instructor.  Once he has that job we can stop panicking and take our time applying for pilot positions.  And we'll see what happens from there!  It's so exciting to think about all we could be experiencing in the next year!
One thing I really can't wait for is to be a mom!  Mitch is so excited to have kids too!  He's gonna be a great daddy!  I get so baby crazy watching all my close friends and family have kids, and teaching in primary, and playing with nieces and nephews!  My heart is filled with an unexplainable desire to take care of someone that I can call mine and help them grow up to be the best they can possibly be!  But, as crazy excited as we are, I know the one thing that would kill me more than not having a child yet, is having one and not being able to be with them all the time.  Because of this, Mitch and I both think it's important to wait until I wont have to work to start raising a family.  Once we're at a point where I can focus all my attention on kids, then the babies will start popping out!  Ha ha ha ha ha!  I really, really can't wait!
I am so excited for the future!  I am so thankful for the love of my life and how we're able to share this dream and work together to make it happen in the best way we know how!  We know the plan isn't perfect and more likely than not things will come up and change and we'll have to readjust the details, but as long as we're doing it together, I know it'll be awesome!  This is so fun!  Growing up is so fun and I'm so glad to be at this exciting spot in our lives!!!
