HaPpY aNnIvErSaRy!!!!

August 2nd, 2008 Mitchell and I were married in the Portland, OR temple! It has been exactly two years from that day and I can honestly say, the best two years of my life! I love Mitchell so much! He's my best friend and my whole world! And I can't wait to have another 100 anniversaries with him :)

MY FAVORITE THINGS ABOUT MITCHELL

- Mitchell is the funniest person I know. If I'm having a rough day, he always knows how to make me laugh and change my mood completely around. As a kid, I always thought my dad was the silliest guy around, and I told myself I HAD to marry someone who could make me laugh :) I remember looking back in my journal, and the first entry I ever had about Mitch, way before we had any kind of feelings for each other, I described him as the most sarcastic and funniest guy I have ever met... Mitchell is hilarious.

-His excited smile when he's opening a box of legos.... absolutely priceless.

-I completely look up to Mitchell's ability to look at the world open-minded. I adore this about him. Before letting any of his emotions get the better of him in any kind of situation, he always looks at things from an outside perspective and is able to understand and have more patience towards people or events in his life. He is such an example to me and I hope I can someday learn to live like this the way that he does.

-I feel sooooo loved by Mitchell. He is always putting in an extra effort and constantly checking in and making sure I'm happy and feeling loved. He is always so thoughtful and thinking about how I feel and does the specific things that he knows fills my love tank. ... he always makes sure to give me extra cuddles everyday :) :) :)

-His dedication to the gospel. I am so lucky to have a worthy priesthood holder as my sweet husband. He supports me and listens if I have a spiritual experience I have to talk about. He takes me to the temple every month, and gives me priesthood blessings the second I ask for them. We always work together to try and invite the spirit into our home, and pray together, and read scriptures together. This specific trait of his means the absolute most to me, and I hope, hope, hope he knows how much I appreciate him for it!!

I could go on for hours about all the wonderful things Mitchell does for me. Overall, I hope he knows I can't live without him, and he makes me want to be a better person, and the second I met him my life changed forever. Before we were together, I had no idea how happy a person could be with their life and I love him, I love him, I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!
