IN-N-OUT AnImAL sTyLe FrEnCh FrIeS

Disclaimer:  I am a horrible cook!  My first time making grilled cheese sandwiches I smoked up our entire house.  I tried making homemade pizza once and it looked like an alien brain.  So this is a BIG DEAL.  For all the amazing cooks out there... don't judge.  This is my first successful homemade recipe, and I'm gonna bask in this glory.

INGREDIENTS:
-Shoestring French Fries
(you can get them in the frozen section at Walmart)
-One Yellow Onion
-2 tbs Butter
-1/4 cup Ketchup
-1/2 cup Mayo
-Cheese Squares
(like the guys you buy for grilled cheese sandwiches)

STEP ONE: Fries
You don't have to use the shoestring fries, I've just noticed the skinnier the fries, the crispier they come out.  Basically just read the bag instructions.  We all know how to preheat an oven. Start working on the next step while they're in the oven.

STEP TWO: Onions
Chop it into tiny pieces.  In a frying pan, melt the butter then add chopped onion.  You can cover it for a while so your entire house doesn't smell like onions and make you cry like you've just seen a double-rainbow.  Stir it every now and then so it doesn't die.  They should be done when it starts looking golden brown.

STEP THREE: Fry Sauce
So easy!  I would start making it while you're waiting for your onions to finish.  You don't have to use my measurements.  Just know it's always one part K-up, two parts Mayo.  Once the onions are done, mix half of them with the sauce.

STEP FOUR: Make them BEAUTIFUL
Once the fries are done, throw them on a plate and top them with strips of cheese.  Drizzle them with sauce and add the remaining diced onions.  Before eating, put on some diapers, because there's a good chance the deliciousness will make you crap your pants!
